One of many voices that speak out against problems of the portrayal of gender, sexuality and race in comics. I just happen to be a male, white middle class member of the primary comic book target demographic.

As I see it, Christianity's big enough and ugly enough to turn the other cheek to comments that are related to the non-core fundamentalist movements.

Confronting DiDio at cons has basically resulted in more Steph bashing from the editor. I sometimes wonder why the guy stays in the gig if he hates so much of the DC universe as he publicly states he does.

I was really into Katerine Keller's argument until she made the random jab at christianity, which had nothing to do with her argument. That one random line made the whole thing seem a lot less professional.

Anyways, I wonder if Girl Wonder could somehow make signs/post cards of those scenes and send them to Dido or something... Even more awesome would be if no matter which con Didio, there was someone there to stand up and ask (calmly and rationally, not in a crazy nutjob sorta way) about Stephanie Brown.
